Destination Wedding — Mexico 

Ever since I started photography, I’ve always dreamed of shooting a wedding somewhere down south. The palms, the waves, the warm weather and, of course, the sunsets — it’s hard to beat.

So I was pretty excited when I got the chance to photograph one this year in Mexico.

It was a small, intimate ceremony celebrating 10 years of marriage and a vow renewal. After the ceremony and dinner, we headed to the beach just in time for the best light to photograph the couple and their family.

The sunset, the ocean and the warm evening light made the whole thing feel pretty special. It was exactly the kind of destination wedding I’ve always wanted to photograph.

And now, somehow, that little dream I had when I first started photography is actually happening. I have another two destination weddings booked for 2027, and I honestly couldn’t be more excited about it.
