Snow Storm Engagement Session in Toronto

 Each time a couple specifically ask for a more classier look to their photos especially in winter time I always suggest studio as a way to go. Winter is the time when a lot of couples get engaged — and understandably majority of them do not want to wait for summer to do engagement photos. When it comes to photos — winter is a little (a lot) challenging, as the weather is unpredictable with negative temperatures and occasional snow storms, studios come very handy by offering beautiful backdrops  and comforotable environment to not worry about wind, snow and red noses :)

Kadiatou and Somto were very clear about the style and type of session they wanted to do — the request was for the session to have a plain white background and have a classy/timeless look to it.  

I knew that having this session done outside won’t work — so I gave them a few suggestions with one being Icon studio in Toronto. It was the first time for me to shoot there, but I found it to be super convenient with lots of options and beautiful room setups.

At the time of our session, studio had a Valentine Setup in one of the rooms where we were shooting and we could not walk past it. It was easily the most beautiful Valentine setup in whole Toronto. 

1 hour went by quickly but was super productive — we were able to capture a lot of beautiful shots. Can’t wait to work with them again and capture their fast approaching wedding this year!
