I love shooting digital — but more than that, I love turning it into something that feels like film.
So when a couple tells me they’re drawn to my film edits for their engagement photos, I get even more excited.
Film edit isn’t just about the look — the slightly lifted shadows, softer highlights, and colours. There’s a certain feel to it, too.
The movement, the playful prompts, the in-between moments — all of it works so well together to create photos that feel natural, a little nostalgic, and not overly posed.
And honestly, that’s my favourite kind of session to shoot.
